Terms and Cancellation Policies

Governing the relationship between the service provider and the member requires a clear understanding of the contractual obligations, financial cycles, and the mechanisms for adjusting or terminating service. The membership agreement functions as a binding framework that protects both the operational integrity of the fleet and the priority access rights of the subscriber. By entering a membership tier, you agree to the specific billing structures and behavioral standards designed to maintain the premium nature of the DMV transport corridor.

Subscription Billing and Renewal Cycles

The monthly membership fee is processed as a recurring transaction on the anniversary date of your initial enrollment. This fee is distinct from individual trip charges and serves solely to maintain your priority status and guaranteed vehicle availability within the DMV area. To ensure uninterrupted access to the dispatch queue, the system requires a valid primary and secondary payment method on file. If a recurring payment fails, the system provides a 48-hour grace period before the membership status is moved to "inactive," at which point standard booking rates and availability apply.

Billing for booking service type, gratuity, and incidental tolls occurs separately from the membership fee. You will receive a consolidated digital statement at the end of each billing cycle detailing all secondary charges. For Corporate and Executive tiers, these statements can be structured to include departmental sub-codes or individual traveler names for easier internal accounting. Reviewing your monthly statement promptly is necessary to identify any discrepancies before the next billing cycle begins.

Tier Upgrades and Downgrades

You may request a change to your membership tier at any point during the billing month. An upgrade to a higher tier, such as moving from Airport Membership to Executive Membership, takes effect immediately upon the payment of the prorated difference in subscription fees. This immediate activation allows you to access expanded benefits, such as "wait and return" logistics or extended service hours, without waiting for the next calendar month.

Downgrading a membership tier follows a different protocol to maintain the stability of fleet scheduling. When you request a downgrade, the change is scheduled to take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of the current month under the higher-tier status. This policy ensures that the resources allocated for your previous tier level remain available until the end of the paid period, allowing for a seamless transition between service levels.

Cancellation and Termination Notice

Membership cancellation requires a formal notice submitted through the member portal at least seven business days before the next scheduled renewal date. Because the program limits the number of active memberships to ensure guaranteed Cadillac Escalade availability, this notice period allows the dispatch team to reallocate the slot to a waitlisted client. Once a cancellation is processed, your priority status remains active until the final day of the current paid billing cycle.

In instances of service termination, the subscription fee for the final month is non-refundable. This fee covers the administrative costs of closing the account and the opportunity cost of holding the vehicle slot. If a membership is canceled and you later wish to rejoin, you will be subject to current market rates and potential waitlist placement if the program has reached its maximum capacity for the DMV region.

Refund Policies and Credit Protocols

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, as they represent the reservation of fleet capacity and the guarantee of a 2025 Cadillac Escalade Platinum 600 Sport for your use. However, service-related credits may be applied to your account in specific circumstances involving technical dispatch failures or documented service lapses that fall outside of force majeure events like extreme weather or state-mandated road closures in the DMV.

Individual trip charges follow a separate refund logic. If a trip is canceled within the guaranteed availability window (typically 4 to 12 hours depending on the tier), the base fare may be refunded or credited, though a late-cancellation fee often applies to compensate the chauffeur for the reserved time. For "wait and return" missions, the standby portion of the billing is non-refundable once the vehicle has arrived at the designated staging point.

Behavioral Standards and Service Revocation

Maintaining a premium environment for both members and chauffeurs require strict adherence to professional conduct. The service provider reserves the right to terminate a membership immediately, without refund of the current month’s fee, in the event of physical damage to the vehicle interior, verbal abuse of staff, or illegal activity conducted within the vehicle. The Cadillac Escalade fleet is maintained to a "black on black" platinum standard; any cleaning requirements beyond normal wear and tear, such as spills or vomit, will result in automated cleaning fees charged to the card on file.

For Corporate and Family tiers, the primary account holder is responsible for the conduct of all authorized users under their profile. A violation by a guest or subordinate may impact the standing of the entire account. This accountability structure ensures that the high standards of the DMV Mission Executive Transport community are upheld across all interactions.

Legal Protections and Liability

The membership agreement includes specific clauses regarding the limitations of liability, particularly concerning delays caused by traffic congestion, airport security protocols, or political motorcades common in the DMV and specifically in the Washington, D.C. metro area. While the subscription model guarantees availability, it cannot override the physical constraints of regional transit. Members are encouraged to utilize the "Priority Dispatch" queue for real-time adjustments, but the service provider is not liable for missed flights or appointments due to external environmental factors.

All disputes arising from the membership agreement are typically handled through binding arbitration within the jurisdiction of Virginia, Maryland, or the District of Columbia, depending on the primary service address listed on the account. By maintaining an active subscription, you acknowledge these legal frameworks and the operational protocols that govern the premium transportation service. This mutual agreement provides the stability necessary to deliver high-end, reliable transit to the DMV’s most demanding clientele.
