Cancellation Policy
To RESCHEDULE or CANCEL your EXFIL (pickup), you must call the Mission Executive Transport's Tactical Operations Center (TOC) at +1-571-901-8600. To RESCHEDULE you must call at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled EXFIL (pickup). If you fail to do so, Mission Executive Transport will not be responsible for your EXFIL (pickup) and you WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. To CANCEL, you must call at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled EXFIL (pickup). If you fail to do so, Mission Executive Transport will not be responsible for your EXFIL (pickup) and you WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND. When scheduling an EXFIL (pickup) within 24 hours, please note that cancellations are not permitted and YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND if you wish to cancel. A $50 (FIFTY US DOLLARS) RESCHEDULING FEE AND A $75 (SEVENTY-FIVE US DOLLARS) CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT!
